  1. I am really drawn to the ones where there is the pavement and then the type on top. I think visually they are the most appealing and tend to catch my attention first. I think as far as content though I prefer the ones with actual messages. I also really like the design you are using for the bike co-op in the first section. I imagine that it would be easy to make some sort of stencil and have that spray painted in places or something. I really like the message you are using on the very first one with the cost of gas, just because gas prices are something that is on everyones mind. I also like the free parking one because as students, parking on campus can be a problem sometime and this might be something that would encourage students to check out boone bike's program.

  2. I like the LOOK of the pavement ones, but I think the ones with messages and the illustrations are better. My favorites are the ones with the bike and car lanes. Maybe some combination? The pavement image is very strong. I would play around with putting that with your other ideas. Great stuff.

  3. YEah the pavement is a good idea. Maybe some photographs showing a bike wheel on the pavement or something maaybe a shadow. Also maybe play with making the pavement picture more contrasty or have some fun colors in it. i say put more color in the type so people will be attracted to it. bam.

  4. The third one is my favorite, maybe instead of all the bikes you can make one or two look like they are speeding by the cars in traffic. Appealing to the reasons for riding a bike in Boone instead is an idea that will get across the strongest.

  5. I am really liking the 3rd one, especially since this is Boone. I think a lot of your other comments you got covered what I think about it (including the one with the pavement, which I still really like - from your other post).

  6. I like the images of the pavement, but my favorite idea is the parking lot with one bike in it, I think stronger colors should be used. I'm not sure that blue-ish color would print like we are seeing.

  7. I think the one that I like the best is your last one. I love the simplicity and the relevance that it has to this area. also there is enough space to put copy if yo need to.

  8. I do like the asphalt designs and i think my favorite are the ones with the white bar to the lift side but I really enjoy the single bike amongst all the cars because the bike is the focal point and the use of color as well.

  9. And out of these poster variations, I am leaning more toward the car vs bike poster, the first one. I think its funny. I would try playing with some different colors, to see if subtle is the way to go, or a nice pop.

  10. Many in the first set are graphically dynamic but don't yet convey enough about your client's service or goals. #3 here with the bike lane suggests a future for BBI's goals. With the pavement, what are you saying about biking?

  11. I think the ones with the cars/bikes are the most successful, especially as far a package goes. The one with the bike lane is the most successful of the two.

However, the colors don't work for me. They really vibrate. Maybe something a little more hip.
